Spammed Trojan email - Avoid Happy New Year Exe attachment

  'Tis the time of year to avoid all e-cards and attachments that might appear to be seasonal in nature. Some of these attacks could require hours of repair work (if you're lucky enough to escape major losses of information). Even worse, some malware will "phone home" and when you enter sensitive information like credit card or bank account #'s you could actually loose real money from these accounts.

The malware itself (detected as Trojan-PSW:W32/Delf.BBE by our antivirus) steals passwords and other assorted information and sends them to a website.
