I WAS one of the harshest critics of Forza 2 before it came out, even though I always intended to buy it. I finally got a chance to play it for the first time yesterday (since the demo) and I'm glad that it looks a lot better than some reviews might say. Pretty much everyone unanimously agrees on the great physics and handling of Forza 2, so to me the only issue was the visuals. The very first track on exhibition mode might create a bad first impression, especially when you look at the crowd in the stands. They look like pixels. Also, the New York track is not impressive. The buildings in PGR3 are photo-realistic but they are not in Forza 2. With that said, the lighting and textures look better than the demo, and this might just have to do with the track itself. Overall, visuals match PGR3's, and that's an impressive feat given the amount of customization that you are allowed.

Shockedsalmon, I would have to look at that again. I am not sure (I dont know if there is a keyboard button that correlates with it).

Cameron, the person would get a message saying that the message could not be delivered. I believe once you clear a spot, it tells you you received a message from what would be person #7. I dont think it cues the actual message, but a message saying "[so and so] messaged you".

Hmm, conveniently there doesn't seem to be any way to add new MSN contacts via the dashboard. What a pain in the ass.

halo 3 had better have some new weapons than halo 1 or 2. i heard the master chief gets some sort of protective sheild but it may be wrong. i like halo1 weapons but halo2 plot and its rides
