I said I was going to have a write up and here it is. Thanks to Fred, from Xbox Users Group, as he helped me (greatly with the write up). My writings skills...arent my best skills.
Thanks again Fred.
Now read up!
The GRAW demo has gone live. You can find it under the marketplace. Go to demos, and then go to "all new demos....". Will be the top one. (I am awaiting word from Major to see if there are any region restrictions).
Size: 358.94mb
Edit: Live in all regions.
Ok...it may be a short update, but an update none the less. The three titles that have now been added are:
- Star Wars Battlefront 2
- Black (from EA)

I was told that the update JUST went live.
Major Nelson also states that some games were updated with this update:
- Darkwatch™
- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas™
- Half-Life® 2
- Fable®
- Fable®: The Lost Chapters™
- Forza Motorsport™
- Ninja Gaiden®
- Ninja Gaiden® Black
- SSX 3
- Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell® Chaos Theory™
- kill.switch
- World Series Baseball® 2K3
Well, here it is finally..but better late than never.
I am currently downloading it. When Major posts, ill link ya there. But, to confirm, I am downloading it right now.
Edit: Word from Major
So, I posted about the new features that the Xbox team premiered today in the "My Xbox" portion of Xbox.com. Within hours, XUG was already able to successfully integrate the new add friend feature into their gamercards. You can see it over to the right (you can add me too with that).
Edit: Unfortunetly, CS 1.1 wont let me put the image map on my sidebar to be displayed.
Well, join up with an Xbox Live Ambassador.
I will be taking part in this free weekend as an Xbox Live ambassador. I will be playing for a couple of hours each day, and will be showing some silver members around, so they can get the hang of everythign and see XBL in its glory.
Please feel free to add me to your friends list. I will be accepting silvers first, then gold members. If for any chance it says my friends list is full, just contact me.

The Xbox team rolled out an update early this morning. They updated parts of Xbox.com to make it run smoother...but also added a feature that the community has been wanting since the first day we were able to see our friends list.
Yes, that right...you can not add/remove/deny friends from your friends list at Xbox.com.

Yes, I am 19, and I just watched CSpan. Is something wrong with me? No...Mark Cuban was on.
I truly like the ideas of this man. He has a similar mentality to me. The way I see him, is that he says what he wants to say, and nothing less. That is the way, I was always brought up, and will always live my life. Yes...I am not in the same situation he is, financially, so down the road I will need to watch my words, but truly that is the way I would love to be.
Mark, I am happy to announce that I am about 75% sure that I will be getting Verizon FiOS in my house (Internet, TV and Phone), this summer. Now, many don't know...but HDNet is part of the channel lineup. A good buddy of mine, and former MVP, loves this channel, and he is a big HD freak. He is my go-to HD guy.
So...I installed last night with no problems (Thanks again Brandon for the mounting directions/application!). I spent a couple of hours on it this morning. And right off the bat I noticed a couple of things.
- The performance has gone up alot. Atleast on my hardware
- The sidebar has this freaky glitch...I reported it, and supplied a screen shot, but not sure why it does it (havent seen others report it yet though).
- My drivers cause a slow start up...I guess, they arent all supported yet.
- Some programs cause a slow shut down. I think that occured even with just Windows apps (like apps in vista) running.
- I am still in love with the sidebar.
Over the next couple of weeks, I should be able to spend more time with it. You can see the vista sidebar freakiness in my photos.
I posted the 2 pictures I took of the game a couple of days ago...and I have been watching the traffic. A TON of traffic from XBLarcade.
But...while that is great...I have watched the 2 or 3 forums that I see hits coming from, and...the community is really excited for this game. The popularity of the game, and the fact that it will be free, is REALLY getting the community excited.
Cant wait for it to release!
So, apparently, FIA has told teams that the engines they submit on June 1st of this year, will be what they will use for some time to come.
A freeze on engine technology, a single tyre supplier and four-race gearboxes are among the major changes to Formula One’s Sporting Regulations for 2008, as revealed by the FIA on Wednesday.
I almost feels like this handicaps teams. If you dont have time to really go into development, or fine tune it, you are handicapped for 3 yrs. Time will tell what it does to the series.

Got into them with "With Teeth"...and was talking to some NIN fans I know, and they recommended I buy some of the older stuff. Ceesar, on the Xbox support team, recommended I purchase "Pretty Hate Machine"...man, that is a GOOD CD. I also purchased "The Downward Spiral", and while still a good CD, Pretty Hate Machine takes the cake.
Rock on Trent!
I was going to wait for my write up for XUG about the NYC event (I know, slightly late), but...I dont want anymore thunder to be lost. John Porcaro posted a picture first, but I took 2 about a week ago. Teaches me to do a write-up quicker.

First, I should say who Greg is. He is a columnist for the Sun Times. I was looking around Yahoo! Sports and I found his article, and decided to give it a little read. Man, do I agree with him 100%. This is defintly worth a read about the issue.

The time has come, and MS is ready to ship 2-3 times the amount to retail outlets per week.

Anyone want to create a blog header?
Xbox Live will be undergoing maintenence on March 21, from 2-5 PST.
Major has a posting at Xbox.com
Now, I was told this from the team. It is ONLY MAINTENENCE. No extra features, no magic downloads...so...no rumors should come of this, right? Correct, NO RUMORS!
Ok, so I was skimming through the comments over at MajorNelson.com about the "Artist of the Month" press release. And 1 thing really scared me. The amount of people complaining (yes complainig) about a free service to get music and music videos. Ok, so Natashia isnt your "cup of tea". To be honest, she isn't mine either, I like more rock (hint, bring some AC/DC, Incubus or Audioslave!! :)) But, does that mean I have to complain? If you were MANDATED to download this at a PRICE (both of which you are not), then you can complain.
People are complaining about having this on their screen. Well guess what...DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. No one is forcing you.
Now please, go back to playing the 360.
Stonyarc is doing more amazing work within the XCDP program.
For Xboxusersgroup.com, they have launched a service similar to that of mygamercard.net, but with their own style. You can see my gamer card, generated by Xboxusersgroup.com, located at the right.
Great work StonyArc!
