Read this: http://msdn.microsoft.com/webservices/understanding/webservicebasics/default.aspx?pull=/library/en-us/dnwebsrv/html/rpc_literal.asp. This is an oldy but a goody. I need to pass this to my peers to show the differences betweeen document/literal - RPC/literal.

Hopefully, Axis also makes is easy enough to change between RPC and document...
