No tabs sorry.

Comment API supported. You can actually see the responses to a blog and any Trackbacks are also shown

Could not find them here. (I did not look hard enough).

Open source (if you care)

Not.

Not applicable.

Built in blog editor provides some ability to cleanup Office Formatting,Spell checks etc. 

 

All in all, Except for the glaring lack of Comment support, SauceReader and RssBandit could be interchangeable.

These are definitely initial impressions.

 

For now, I will play with SauceReader and see if I like it better or not.
