How to distribute work
I am currently working on an effort to change the way we bring data into our application. A new member is joining us. Yesterday has been basically about initiating that guy to start off. I am thinking that I should offload some of my work. But, then, how to do it? its pretty confusing. I am sure many developers go through this. I wonder how everyone works in this regard.
On a different note, I got Charles Petzold's "Programming windows with C#". I have not read it yet. I guess after working with C# over the past year, this book might not be of much value. But, then, there is something to be said about his writing. I learnt windows API from his seminal work for "Programming windows".
