Web Standards Project member Matt May had this to say about the recent Target lawsuit, which saw Target paying 6 million in an interest-bearing account to be paid to members of the California class who submit valid claims
"The question that’s on our minds today–whether ADA applies or not–ultimately doesn’t make much difference. In fact, it’s a major distraction from the heart of the matter. People of all kinds want to participate in all the activities the web has to offer. And many disability advocacy groups are reaching out to site admins to raise awareness of the barriers they face. The best thing you can do is to prepare yourself and your site with a little education and some fine tuning. When you’re in a lawyer’s office talking about the ADA, or any other accessibility statute, chances are you’ve already missed out on the most important part of the conversation. And that’s going to cost you, whether you win or lose"
So what does this mean to your site?
It means you should implement changes now, not only will it bring your website up to standards, your SEO will improve which means your sales and visitors will improve, all else being equal.
There is not a better time to clean your code and provide yourself with more time by using better maintenance methods which go hand in hand with cleaner code. The folks on xweb think so to, they would love to know what accessbility tools you want to see in Expression web.

FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 web download
Microsoft have recently announced the following about the FrontPage Server Extensions 2002
"The FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 web download is not available
anymore from the Microsoft web sites. This is due to the fact that the
mainstream support for FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 web download
which follows the Office XP/FrontPage 2002 life cycle expired on
7/11/2006. The following article explains the timelines:
http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=1902
However, we understand that customers might need this download in
situations where existing FPSE2002 installations are hampered in one way
or the other. Considering this, it may be possible to obtain this
download for reinstallation purposes only if you call MS support."
NOTE: This is a No Pay Support Incident

The solution is to add a menu item to the File Menu, and save design time, how do we do this?
This tip can now be found at Close all pages command in Expresion Web
