Hace un tiempo atrás escribí sobre Scrum y VSTS, el día de hoy navegando por codeplex me encontré con este proyecto que lo estoy bajando para probarlo, a continuación copio la introducción que encontré en el sitio y el link donde podrán descargarlo:

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es reemplazar la pizarra y simplificar el trabajo diario con Scrum artefactos en Team Foundation Server 2008.

congrats to starting to use the dashboard. It's great. One tips, though, is to really decide on how you use the bug functionality. If you create a bug in the dashboard, you will create a Sprint Backlog item which title starts with Bug:

If you look at the reports over bugs these bugs won't show up. All that is manageable, but you need to educate people about it
