LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – November 29, 2004 – Today, Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT), a global leader in wireless, broadband and automotive communications technologies, announced interoperability between Motorola’s MOTOSYNC™ technology-enabled mobile phones and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. The agreement with Microsoft to license the Exchange Server ActiveSync® protocol enables Motorola mobile phones to give enterprise customers direct seamless access to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
