Configure IMF gateway settings per server?

I applied the two registry settings to my exch2003 server and did not appear to have any affect. Event viewer still shows rejected, which is the global setting. Is there another way to verify the change is working? I want my server to just silently accept and delete the SPAM at the gateway. Thanks!
