Hello, I had to order the XP antivirus 2008 software for $69.95 and the software did not work and I had to put my computer in the shop. I tried to contact the custmer srevices department and i only got the billing department and not the technical department. I have e-mailed the company at www.support@billingserviceonline.com and i keep getting a failure notices. I got my credit card company to get my refund back, did you get your refund back and how because i havn't got mines back and havn't got a reponses. I brought the software on April 24,08.

This software company (the company associated with the e-mail: support@billingserviceonline.com) is definitely setting up a trap to let consumers be vulnerable.  I got the same problem.  The software never worked, even not downloadable.  No response received for my questions, not to mention any services provided. Moreover, watch out any additional charges to your account. I suggest you all just to close your account asap.  

I loaded the program on 5/11/2008!  The program does not work at all. I saw your blog and thoufht I would Answer! The price listed was 49.95, yet they charged me 69.95. I was having problems when I was serching the web and this program popped up! I thought I was having a real Problem so I loaded the xp-antivirus program and I am sorry! I had some issue with my computer, but now it seems to be working ok for now!  Thanks, Rivh

I kept getting popups on my screen so I tried to purchase the product. Couldnt get through and the transaction never went through.

I ordered your software,XP antivirus + file shredder 2008, online, the price listed is $79.95, I was charged $99.95, I can not get anyone in customer support, I was on hold for 1

hour, then cut off, I want to cancel my order, I placed the order May 21,2008

My computer begain flashing with Virus and Alert signs with beeping etc. It began running so slow it was almost dead. I purchased the protection spyware to rectify this. The first time I was billed and received nothing, thinking it was a computer proplem I ordered again. this time it was sent into my email but it was errored and not complete. It was suppose to cost around $29.95, I was billed over $100 each time, I was ripped. WHAT A LOW LIFE THING TO DO!!! "A TOTAL SCAM"

I had the same problem and I'am trying to get refund and it is not working I'am in process of trying to get with goivernment to set up notification on Fruadlent sdervices being distributed on web.

Did anyone get a refund back.We had 2 programs downloaded and they got my credit card number from days earlier when i bought a game. My wife had to reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows xp and was not happy. We still have to replace the computer

I have been charged twice for the Antivirus 2008 and much more than they advertised. I too had the pop up so much that I bought it to stop the pop up. I know DUMB. I have called my bank and they are temporarily disputing the second charge and they gave me a telephone # for them and the mail box is ALWAYS full so we are out of luck. Try it @ 1-877-270-4361. This # may only work in Canada.
