I had Time Warners Roadrunner installed that year and I knew several people that had it for a year or two prior to that. But it is not reality.  Someone has to pay for the bureaucracy (grin!).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seriously,   I don’t completely understand this.   Are the masses revolting because their $24.95 dial-up or $50 a month broadband connection might get taxed???    Is the extra few dollars a month going to make us all cancel our accounts and go back to snail-mail and faxes?
