It might hit sales too if MS gets a reputation for being the policeman.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As an example - at the moment iTunes has a consumer monopoly - the problem is the consumer probably doesn't know it yet. But wait till an iPod competitor comes along, or people wake up to alternatives as players reach mainstream media - then they will find out that they have to pay up again for the same content.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Now that might force the content holders to relax a little - but if they get it wrong the will blacken DRM the name in the mainstream for years (that might be a good thing)!!
