It is not deceptive marketing. The system is 100% fanless and the harddrives are encased in special accoustic absorbing enclosures. There is very little to no mechanical noise being emitted from this system. You will not be able to distinguise this system from normal ambient noise.

How can a system with moving parts in the hard drives and electricity running through it be 100% silent? Sounds like deceptive marketing.
