Amazon and Microsoft apparently have a special deal going that will give you $100 off either a DMA2100 or DMA2200 (Via The Green Button).  Enter the code “MSFTDEAL” at checkout and you can pickup a DMA2100 for $150 (the magic price!) or a DMA2200 for $200.  Both of them also have free shipping offers to boot.

To whatever MSFT employee leaked this: You suck!  If internal Microsoft-only deals like this get leaked, there won't be any more.

Chris: At one point this was printed on the Amazon product page for each of the Extenders.  It was under the title Special Deal or Special Offer.

Then I take it back... but when we heard about this deal internally (I work for MSFT) we were told that if it leaked then the deal would be pulled. =)

"Internal" info (not just coupons) gets leaked all of the time, and it's really disappointing that some people just can't keep a secret.

It died, Microsoft lied.  There never was a deal for v1 Extender owners.
