Got An XPS 420 Without a Remote? Look Here
If
you didn’t get a remote control with your Dell XPS
420 (single or dual Digital Cable Tuner) then here is what you need to
do. Visit either the Dell
Community Forums or The
Green Button and Private Message the username DELL-ChrisM (Dell
Forum, TGB) with
your Dell Service Tag numbers. They will follow-up and send you your
remote. A single remote should have been included if you ordered the
single or dual Digital Cable Tuner package.
