Looks like Inteset
is jumping on the four CableCARD bandwagon with their latest Denzel server
and Maximus. Yet again, Microsoft wants
to make sure everyone knows that “The setup experience really benefits from
professional installation.”
Exceptional Innovation had a big week with Life|ware. Mike
Seamons is on The Media Center Show, Philips
is showing a new remote that can control Life|ware, and Exceptional
Innovation even has their own WSD-enabled
thermostat that doubles as a in-wall control panel. That’s a great idea if I have never heard one
before. Oh, they also released more
details on their Life|media
systems.
Big
Screen Headlines 2 has been pushed in private beta, Woot Is pushing
out Zune’s like nobody cares (well, nobody does, right?), and TVTonic
looks to have gotten an upgrade.
