2partsfusion’s Digital Media Servers Feature HDA X-PLOSION 7.1 DTS Connect Sound Cards
announces today the immediate availability of the HDA X-PLOSION 7.1 DTS Connect sound card, the world first Dolby Digital Live (DDL) certificated & DTS Connect PCI type sound card, as an option for their Digital Media Servers.
The X-PLOSION 7.1 DTS Connect sound card provides 5.1 channels Dolby Digital surround sound via only one optical or coaxial connection to a home theater system including external Dolby Digital decoder or AV receiver. The new DTS Connect feature will provide two audio benefits to the consumer: DTS Interactive and Neo:PC, for both multi-channel and stereo content. Taking full advantage of the maximum data throughput of the digital interface, DTS Interactive provides a single cable connection via S/PDIF digital audio output to a DTS-enabled surround sound system by encoding all audio into a DTS-compatible bitstream at 1.5Mbps. Neo PC, based upon DTS' Neo:6 matrix surround technology, transforms any stereo content such as MP3, WMA or CD audio, into a 7.1-channel surround sound experience. It can make movies, music and games come alive in exciting, dynamic, multi-channel DTS Digital Surround®, the same sound format found in movie theaters.
"2partsfusion is excited about offering the new HDA X-plosion 7.1 DTS Connect sound card. Now customers can choose to add this card during the configuration process of any of our DMS models. This is a feature rich sound card that allows everyone from audiophiles to gamers to experience some the best audio presently available on a PC”. said Harris Coltrain, Vice President, 2partsfusion. “Our partnership with AuzenTech, Inc allows us to continue to offer the best of breed in configuration options for our lines of Digital Media Servers ".
