Ed Bott - How to fumble a security update. Honestly, I can’t say I’m really surprised on how this is being handled, and that’s a big problem. I really can not figure out what is wrong with the parts of the Digital Media Division. The customer needs and concerns are not addressed in the correct fashion, and it needs to stop. Microsoft, you need to do a better job in general in the Digital Media Division. Why don’t you guys take feedback and use it! I just don’t understand. You don’t take it from your MVP’s, you don’t take on security issues, is there something that we need to do to let the right people know about the issues? This is crazy and your customers are getting sick and tired of it!
