[Deployment] MDT 2008 Update 1 does not support ConfigMgr SP2 Beta
Just a quick heads up that MDT 2008 Update 1 or earlier versions won’t work with the ConfigMgr SP2 Beta. There is a new beta of MDT 2010 on the way VERY soon (Beta 2) that resolves the issue. For more info see the following post on Michael Niehaus'...

[Windows 7] NOT impressed so far…
So as I’m in the process of building my lab server I thought I’d build a Windows 7 machine to have a “play with”. So I downloaded the ISO and tried to create a new VM in Hyper-V. VM starts and I click “Install Now”. Then I get the following message back...

[WSUS] SP2 Public Beta Now Open
Many thanks to Wally for the heads up on this one. But please remember at the moment this is NOT supported with ConfigMgr. Within 45 days of this SP going RTM Microsoft will release a support statement for ConfigMgr but no reason why you can’t download...
