IE7 - baby i love you, but you're making life hard for me now!!

Since i'm exploring Vista a lot more now than i did just a weeke ago - i actually located what's called the "Reliability and Performance Monitor".

This is probably the best tool, to let you historically see what applications are causing you some trouble.

And - tonight - i found out that my IE7 love is causing me some heartache..

I mean, c'mon baby, i use only you...no "funny business" for me here - but right now, you're making life extremely hard for me.

so you want proof? errr..ok:

?? i mean...if i wrote any application which failed that often i'm pretty sure i'd be out of a job VERY soon - especially for a live and released application. I know i know...there's tons of unknowns here - what did i do to her? what did i say to her? What did i forget to say and do to her?

So lets see - i used to have some serious crashes on IE7 back when i was on XP Pro - that was sorted by uninstalling Google Toolbar - but here i'm not even running Google Toolbar.

I went through all the logs that i could - and here's an even worse scare:

Errrmmm???? i know i had crashes...but...OS Stopped Working? that's definitely not a graceful way to handle exceptions...

So, could it be that my mispent youth are now causing me to latch onto the wrong "type" to love? did i put too much into this relationship?

i don't know - but i'm far to loyal just to drop things in the face of adversity so i'm sure we'll come to some sort of arrangement here.
