Another one of those add-ins..when will it ever stop? well, easy answer here is, never. Eventhough Visual Studio comes packed with features and tools, there's always some clever soul who comes up with a way to extend it to suit our greedy developer needs.
For some time, i've used Axosoft's OnTime, to keep track of bugs and requested features. And luckily for a one user license it's free.www.axosoft.com
it has some nice features, but if you intend to use it at work i'd recommend flicking an expense request to your manager so you can enjoy the full power of OnTime.
it comes in three flavours, OnTime VS.Net Client, OnTime Web Client and OnTime Windows Client. The pretty much cover what you need to keep track of your bugs and features.
One of the things i'm VERY happy about is the fact that it is VERY easy to use and quickly saves you time, helps you manage your bugs and features as well as allowing for reporting to be done.

cheers and happy coding...
