It&amp;#39;s like that old saying &amp;quot;I&amp;#39;ll know p_rn when I see it...&amp;#39; &amp;quot; the problem is when the person making the decision is a lawmaker. In that case one person is using thier power as the &amp;quot;ultimate decider&amp;quot; to make a decision for everyone. Like the person who thought it was ok to take a picture of your house or other peoples homes without thier permision.
