If you've ever accidentally added 10,000 nonsense email addresses (it's REALLY easy to do if you put the wrong symbols in the Recipient Policies of Exchange), you can do mass deletes of these incorrect email addresses with a few mouseclicks. Otherwise, you write a script (and pray you don't make a mistake) or manually delete each of the 10,000 addresses.

ADModify is GUI-based, is found at:
http://www.gotdotnet.com/workspaces/workspace.aspx?id=f5cbbfa9-e46b-4a7a-8ed8-3e44523f32e2
More information from Microsoft's Exchange Team:
http://blogs.technet.com/exchange/archive/2004/08/04/208045.aspx
