Clicked on TrackBack link above but it didn't resolve properly.  Cleaned up link and it still didn't work (also cleanup of URL).   Looking for a resolution to this issue for client.  Any help you can provide re:I got my backup wizard back is greatly appreciated.  Looks like you've been down the same road in the past.

The other log, which is actually wizard operation, not backup operation, is in %sbsprogramdir%\support.
