Well, for what its worth "the" Susan Bradley comes up because you are "the" most vocal representative of our community. I cannot tell you how many times I've taken on criticism, feedback or general comment that the partner was not willing to share with Microsoft representative because they felt it would damage their partnership/relationship with Microsoft.

At some point, I hope, those people will realize that there needs to be a level of integrity to speak your mind because you feel it is right and it is something that the parties around you can improve on.

For what its worth, thank you THE Susan Bradley, on behalf of all the folks in Florida.
