&lt;p&gt;1. That a modern OS would let any 3rd party software incapacitate it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. That any AV app would release software that does more damage that more malware.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Both should be punished for these flaws.&lt;/p&gt;
