My understanding is that prices may go up October 1

But SA is available through October 31st.

I know this is an old post, but does the October 31st deadline still stand? I saw another blog that mentioned end of September, although that was a Canadian blog.

To get the best value from this, should you buy all of the required CALs for SBS2003 with SA or just wait and buy the Cals for SBS 2008?

I can imagine that you only get Outlook licenses for each SBS 2003 CAL you have with SA... what about Windows Server 2003 and ISA 2006?
