Sure, it doesn&#39;t bring in any direct revenue, but it could be argued that it drives sales of their products. </p> <p>That aside, the irresponsibility that Microsoft is exercising with your servers (and my servers, and everyone else&#39;s servers) is inexcusable. Their mistakes have caused, and continue to cause, quantifiable monetary loss for their Customers. I bill my Customers for the time I spend correcting Microsoft-induced issues.
