&lt;p&gt;It seems the more the industry progresses the more it regresses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyone remember the HYPE that bits was going to keep us from ever having to do this again?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;d be flat out finding a Windows XP RTM CD to install from OR you are buying PCs from Billy Bobs Guns, Bait and Managed Services. What OEM would not be installing XP SP2 preimaged???&lt;/p&gt;
