&lt;p&gt;MediaChance offers Oscars MultiMon Taskbar Utility (Freeware) that add&amp;#39;s a task bar to secondary monitor, clipboard memory utility, and simple arrow buttons that allow you to move application windows from monitor to monitor with a single click. While Multi-Mon supports 3 monitors, it does require your primary to be the center monitor.&lt;/p&gt;
