You ain't seen nothing.

I once had a client whose emails were "blackholed" by an early Hotmail spam engine.

It took 6 weeks to get a sensible response about anyone from Microsoft about how to fix this problem. In the end, we had to "apply" to be a bulk email sender.

Value for money from a free email service? Not a great proposition...

Welcome to Hotmail Hell, with which Mail Client (OE, OL) and IE MVPs are very familiar.

It took me years to stumble upon the links below and they've been bookmarked ever since. AFAIK they're the only way users of free Hotmail accounts can contact support.
