Look for software with the &amp;quot;Designed for Windows Vista&amp;quot; logo. The logo requirements are available on Microsoft&amp;#39;s site (unfortunately hidden behind a registration wall at Microsoft). The requirements guarantee fairly sane behavior. &lt;/p&gt;
