Since I installed Office SP3, none of the links in any of my received e-mails in Outlook 2003 work, and I get the

following message : "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have Windows XP SP2 Professional, on my 1 and only computer, and I am the administrator. The e-mail links in Outlook 2003, have always worked prior to the install of Office SP3, and I have never blocked access to these links at any time. Now they read "blocked: http://(e-mail site"). How can I unblock these?

I've seen a problem in that .tif & .tiff file associations are completely removed by this SP. It's not that Microsoft Office Document Imaging was just removed as KB938813 aludes to a disruption with than program.

Thanks for posting the whole story, Susan! There's an awful lot to consider that I might not have known about.
