&lt;p&gt;If I were a government I&amp;#39;d be scared to use these products that MS deems they know best and controls.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I were a small business or consumer I would (and have) bailed on MS.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I were a small to enterprise sized company I would seriously consider alternatives... not because I fear for my data (yet), but because WU/AU and it&amp;#39;s Genuine Windows/antipiracy architecture is the achilles heel to windows system (technical) failure. &amp;nbsp;One of these days we will witness a massive miscalculation that will have serious repercussions. &amp;nbsp;It&amp;#39;s happened before, it&amp;#39;ll happen again.&lt;/p&gt;
