When installing XP sp3 to a brand new machine...

You have to be at least SP1 before installing it. (FYI)

...so you need to set up Remote Web Workplace's active X add on and it's disabled right?

First thing you'll notice is that you get this warning message. What you need to do then is click on that gearbox icon in the bottom

This then will bring up the add in browser section in IE where you can enable the TS active X

Click on the Terminal Server ActiveX and enable it. Once you do then RWW will work.

Be prepared for questions on this though... you'll get a yellow warning window that folks will need to click through from now on...
