Edit the & to get the alerts to go out

While the poster hasn't come back yet, we think we figured out the issue. If you put a "&" in the company name it will cause the Health report module add in not to email out the alerts.
Download Health Report for Windows Server 2012 Essentials from Official Microsoft Download Center:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35565
You need to edit this key: HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion - Registered Organization And remove the & to fix the issue.
