Exchange 2010 sp3 is out ....but...

So as I discussed in the SMBKitchen patching notes for this week, you might want to plan on rolling out Exchange 2010 sp3 rather than deploying the security update for Exchange 2010.
It's disappointing that everyone has to wait for Exchange CU1 for Exchange 2013.
