Wow, there're a lot of changes. I did install Exchange 2013 in a test Hyper-V environment: VM1-WS2012 Essentials / VM2-WS2012 Std and Exchange 2013. I did notice the long installation and web only Exchange console. Its going to be some time before I roll out this configuration in a production environment. Way too much to learn for a small business setting.
