When you open up a support case for Windows 2012 Essentials...
This screen http://support.microsoft.com/select/default.aspx?target=assistance&c1=508& looks like it doesn't list Windows 2012 Essentials.
You need to click on Windows 2012 first
And then you see the Windows 2012 Essentials subsection
