Remote patching
If you are installing the update rollups for SBS 2008 or 2011 remember that they will shut down the TSgateway during the patching process so if you patch over RWA or TSgateway connection, you'll want to ensure you have another means of remote access.
In my case because my server runs in HyperV I actually log onto the parent and patch/monitor from there.
