Go into your own Office 365 console, down to Service Health and in the top right corner there's an RSS icon.

However to get any actual information about the event I had to sign into the portal and look at the health notifications there, made it useless from my perspective. I gave up on it.

But at least there's a quick view of 'something' otherwise you have to resort to "hey is it working for you?"
