Installation tip on the HP Microserver

After the first boot make sure you pull the usb flash drive out of the usb slot.  Otherwise the system will start the install process all over again.

See the flash drive that is NOW removed from the usb slot :-) 

Booted up with a normal Windows 2012 and everything booted well.  Tomorrow is HyperVServer day.  Raw command line.. wish me luck.

I always set the USB priority setting in the Bios from high to low on HP servers. This prevents a USB device from automatically becoming the first boot device. Especially necessary when a client rotates their external backup drives.
