How to install Exchange 2010 sp2
Step one - download it from the download site.
Step two, once it's downloaded, right mouse click on the file, go into properties and click on unblock

Now click on the file to extract it

Before you begin to install, stop the Windows SBS Manager service so that you won't hit a transitory issue where sometimes it hits a block on the transport check. Go into services, scroll down to Windows SBS Manager service and manually stop the service. It's the same thing we saw in Exchange 2007 sp3 - see Wayne's blog - http://www.sbsfaq.com/?p=2140
Now you just need to click on setup.exe. If you use the GUI it will do the schema update for you, you do not need to add anything to a SBS box as it already got the prerequisites when Exchange 2010 sp1 was put on there as it got built.

One thing to do is close the SBS console before starting.
Double check that you've stopped the SBS manager service. Go into services, scroll down to Windows SBS Manager service and manually stop the service.

Accept the eula

It checks the server to see if it's ready to go

And don't forget to go back into services, make sure all the Exchange services reenabled and turn back on the Windows SBS Manager.
But really the better question is...SHOULD you install it on a production box?

First off I wait and watch the comments (aka dead bodies) on that post.
Then I'd recommend the advice of MRR045 posted on 9 Dec 2011 5:03 AM

Reading some of these post makes me wonder why anyone would try to install this service pack (other than in a Dev site) three days after it's released in any production environment. It would also be helpful if you read the documentation before trying. Common sense dictates waiting a few months unless there is some new feature in SPK2 you can't live without or need to fix problem that can't be resolved any other way. Maybe it's just me or I need another cup of coffee.
Like he said. Go have a Starbucks. Hold back. Test. You don't need it RIGHT THIS MOMENT.
