So what's an update rollup?
Update Rollup 1 for Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard is available:

Think of it as a service pack for the parts specific to SBS.
No longer does SBS have or need a unique Windows 2008 sp1. You can install the normal windows service pack. But you need to install this update and consider it a service pack for the unique SBS parts.
