I still say I don't see an immediate need for .net to be deployed on a server. 

I don't think we need to reinstall that impacted hotfix, but given that the risk of attack on a server unpatched by this is low, I still don't see a need to rush out and install this just yet.

You always forget about the built in versions that you can't uninstall because the OS uses them.
