Check out Webmatrix
So I'm using the Webmatrix tool to install a blogging site on this server tonight. I already tried it on a practice server...

it walks you through what you need to set up a site and get it easily going. Too bad they don't have one for SharePoint and Office web apps though as it's easy to set up a site with it for sure.
