So you want to make a usb flash drive bootable?

http://images2.store.microsoft.com/prod/clustera/framework/w7udt/1.0/en-us/Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe

Try that to take the iso and turn a flash drive into a bootable one.

Choose the iso

And make a bootable flash drive

Also while the first screen makes you think there may be an inplace upgrade path... it doesn't do it.  This screen is there due to the code from Server 2008 R2.
