This is a wincer for me.  Because I tested this before it was released on test boxes and I personally missed this.  Testing isn't easy.

Automated test tools with regression test sets are what are needed. Problem is the tools aren't cheap and then you need to build your regression test sets, which takes lots of time.

This is something Microsoft should be doing however.
