Regardless of the party line on this one, http://blogs.technet.com/isablog/archive/2008/12/09/exception-list-script-for-isa-server-and-forefront-tmg-udp-updates.aspx, I do not see the value of this update on a SBS box.
If I were in charge of the Microsoft online hosted platform where they use ISA 2006 to protect it, I would. But I'm a SBS box. And my DNS forwarders are pointing to OpenDNS. I'm just not seeing the security goodness in installing this patch when we've already been nailed by the previous DNS patch.
